These folks are outstanding with service and consistently good food! If you think one KFC is the same as a next one, you're wrong! The staff here is outstanding! For a delight in your dining pleasure, give these guys a try!!!!!

October 8th, 4 p.m. we stopped at this location, the girl working the registrar was outside and we had to wait for service, then my son ordered buffalo snackers, he got crispy, then we ordered food to go, cheese snackers, when he opened them, * 80 miles down the road * it was bread wrapped up like snackers without filling. when i called the restaurant, the manager said, "your out of town what do you expect me to do?"



just because this person is the manager does not mean i wanted her to bend over backwards, do tricks, or anything off the wall OFFER to take my name and number, send coupons, send my money back, say that you will fully train employees so that this will not happen again, apologize.

I called to tell the store that ther was nothing on my snacker but chicken and bun which I had just picked up at the window and carried home. She was rather haughty and ask my name. After I told her and proceeded to tell her more, she hung up on me. I tried to call her back and they wouldn't answer the phone. If the help had been working as they should instead ofstanding around and laughing perhaps the order would have been filled right. The store manager was very rude to me and I assure you that I won't bother to patronize this establishment again. This occured on Saturday Aug 4 at about 1:00. I don't know who it was that said she was the manager but she needs lessons on how to talk with customers. She just lost one for you. I wouldn't rate them but had to in order to submit this comment..
