A Century Ready-Mix truck discarded a rock and hit my car. I gave specific information on the truck and time of day. Four weeks later they contacted me stating the truck was freshly clean and could not have discarded a rock. They chalked it up to road hazard and wiped their hands of responsibility. So now I have to pay for damage they caused. My windshield cost nothing compared to the money they make on pouring concrete.
