Worked there and I can tell you this, the service is horrible, the food is dirty and sometimes they reuse food that has been laying under the headlamp for an hour because no one took it out to the costumer. The management is terrible. It's an all around crappy place and it deserves no costumers.

One of my sons did the "hot wing challenge". They had him sign a weaver, and then told him wgen tgey brought tge wings out tgey just took them out of tge deep frier. He said ok and was gonna wait till they cooled alittle but tgey said no thst was part of the challeng...that tge wungs had to b eaten immediately. He ste 3 out of 6 snd his mouth now has BLISTERS n his mouth from the hot grease n the wings.... bad business, major health hazzord. I will b telling my story to .. all!

First time at new restaurant. Horrible experience. First time I've ever had to walk out of a restaurant. Waited 15 mins and nobody took our drink orders or even spoke to us. It also wasn't busy at all. Maybe 3 tables being used in whole dining area. I counted almost FIFTEEN workers in the area just talking to one another, singing, and flirting. They would even look at us AND I made eye contact with the manager. I ended up taking my business next door and I won't be back. I'll also tell my co-workers and friends about my bad experience. It's disappointing that the Alexandria/Shreveport locations are good and Monroe can't do anything right. Hope you get your act together.
