Went to Taco Bell with wife n my parents. Half way thru, my dad finds hair in the food, so my dad takes food back to the cashier and cashier calls shift leader. The first word out of shift leader mouth was, "none of us have black hair" I do not even know how idiots like her gets a job as a shift leader where you are in customer service business n you don't even know how it works. People like her should not be a part of any stores shift leader who can not resolve an issue with customer and argues with them
