The staff was in general helpful. Michal, the junior property supervisor was helpful in correcting the balance mistake for me. The building Mike is also very nice. Thank you!!!

Since I moved in last year, I have been very pleased with the improvements made to our building. The manager Jamie holiday is so on top of Maintenance requests and is very friendly and sincere. Everything has been very prompt and professional and all the tenants seem to love the new pool area. Also the paint job looks great too. Thank you for making these better

modifications to the building! It makes me feel good

to live here and take care of my apartment even more

I have so far enjoyed my experience with Monem. They are prompt in responding to maintenance issues. My onsite manager is very friendly and there is a great sense of community with most of the tenants on the property in which I reside.
