I love their food! I also love their friendly service!

My wife and I moved to Orange, but we still get weekly chinese from Bao's!

The food is fantastic! The food is always fresh. The service is always friendly. The atmostphere is always perfect. A+++++ is Bao's.

Tell you what, they just remodled the whole area, so everything is brand new! When I walked in one day, I was like....WOW. Check the place out. I'm sure itll blow everyones brains.

THIS PLACE IS COOL !!!!!!!! THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!! my favorite food are teriyaki chicken and beef ....... I'm their newest weekly customer!

I like the general tso's chicken fried crispy with the sweet and spicy sauce, best! Nice smiles from the girls working in the front. the owner 's daughters are so polite and helpful.

I have been around and tasted many different flavors of chinese food(s) and cuisine(s). I am at a lost for words when it comes to this place. As I waited 10 minutes to order...I found myself asking myself WHY am I here? I mean this people can't even remember if they took my order. When they finally took my order I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be cooked. I asked for a small bowl of watermelon and the delivery guy cut it up. (keep in mind he had just returned from a delivery, never washed his hands and used a dirty knife) WTF??? Are you serious!!! Is this really a place of excellence? I went there because of all the rave reviews and was totally disappointed at the terrible food they had served me. My rice was still hard/ crunchy and the boneless ribs were tough w/ fat on them. I had ordered 2 boneless ribs w/ pork fried rice and a small chicken lo mein and I paid $24.13. Point here is I got RIPPED OFF and their food SUCKS! Did I mention the 2 young ladies started arguing w/ each other? Yeah... Right in front of the customers! WOW!!!

Bao's Kitchen has been a exellent business. They have the best food in town! they have won many awards by the mayor. The miricle of the tastes is exellent. They deliver the food as fast as they can,but never tips to an edge just because the took a sharp turn. The food does not taste like cardboard and it never gets cold because they were late. Like always YOU SAY IT! , THEY DO IT! They have a welcoming place when you come in, not like any other restarunt.So enjoy yourself in a comfy, cozy place like Bao's Kitchen! Bao's Kitchen has won many awards, and received countless kudos from the city of West Haven and it's mayors. And yet it stays humble about its excellence. Amazing ribs, chicken, lo mein, etc. Walking in, it looks like any other take out place. But its one of the best kept secrets around.
