If I could give 10 stars I would! They are the best!! Caring and extremely friendly. I had 2 other companies try to figure out how to install a humidifier to a furnace in a small closet. They both said it wasn't possible. Jerome from Precision came out and after a little head scratching came up with the solution! I'm now a happy camper that I have humidity in my house. Thank you guys!!

I highly recommend Precision for their professionalism and courtesy. My builder used them and so did I in sub-contracting my basement finish. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and the staff is friendly and on-time. I'm a customer for life.

I was fortunate enough to have my home builder contract Precision on my behalf when we were building, and they ended up doing all our plumbing. Everything was done perfectly.

Exceptional plumbers. I've had them fix sinks, showers, you name it, they can do it.

I had something going on with my furnace that needed attention and the guys from Precision came out and fixed it. It was done on time and they did a good job.

I had Precision come work on both plumbing and electrical projects for me within the past few months and they were terrific. I can't say enough about their personable level of service and how everything is still working months later.

Everything was great when we worked with Precision in our bathroom. They were wonderful. My grandson used to work at the company and personally recommended them to us.

One of the techs came out and pulled some washer out of our kitchen sink that had been slipping down. They were a little bit too big when they were installed a few years ago. I was pleased with the work.

I used these guys for a little bit of caulking around the faucets and the shower. It was two guys an they figured out where the leak was coming from and then he was nice enough to put a call in to the electrician about the light box that was underneath the dripping.

They took our toilet out in order to have our bathroom repaired, lost a piece to it and broke another one. The owner John promised to have the party by 1 on Friday afternoon and would call me. They did not call or notify me whether the part came in and referred me back to the builder when I called to find out if they were following through with fixing the toilet. Friday afternoon and several phone calls later they stated they would not have enough time to install the toilet. Supposedly a toilet takes 4 hours to finish installing. Stay away from this contractor they are only interested in keeping in good graces with the builder not pleasing the customer.
