Tired to get an appointment with them because according to our insurance company they cover any dentist we choose to go to. When I spoke to someone in the office they didn't even want to try to take the information just stated that they don't take our insurance. Not very friendly and didn't have that "go the extra mile for the patient" attitude I was looking for,

My family has been going to Dr. Z for about 10 years, and we have been very satisfied with our experience with Dr. Z and his staff. Dr Z always provides information on what he is recommending if fillings, crowns, orthodontia work is needed, and makes you feel comfortable during the process by explaining what he's doing..

My family has been seeing Dr. Z exclusively for 10 years. He practices dentistry with the utmost integrity and he keeps up with new and changing technology. He and his current staff are thorough and understanding. He gives you options for what should be done now and what can wait; and what is good, better and best alternatives to treatment. His rates are high, but the service and knowledge you receive justify those rates.

What a great dentist!!!! Dr. Z and his staff are so patient and kind! Great experience for the whole family!

I just had veneers done by Dr. Z.... I cannot believe how perfect they are! I have always wanted it done but was hesitant. I wish I had done it years ago.The best 50th birthday gift ever to myself! Dr. Z is a perfectionist he will exceed your expectations! Do not delay make an appointment today!!!!

I am so happy with my son's teeth. Dr. Z. took the time to work with my son's mouth/teeth without having to pull anything out. I am so impressed with what a great dentist Dr. Z is. Mrs. Stojanovic has been awesome to work with when we needed a payment plan for orthodontics. My whole family goes to Dr. Z. and would never go anywhere else. Great job and professional staff!

My whole family has been going to Dr. Z for many years and the service has been wonderful. The hygienists are great with kids and make them feel at ease. The office is efficient and makes sure you don't have to wait to see the dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Stojanovic since I moved to Elgin 12 years ago. I like him. I like his staff. I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me. I have been so satisfied with their work that I convinced my husband to change from his previous dentist (who he went to for over 20 years). He was reluctant to change but has been very pleased with the work Dr. S has done for him.

The dental office asked me to provide some feedback regarding the issue I presented a few weeks ago. The office manager honored the $49 coupon to resolve the issue. They did not honor the coupon during my first visit . This makes my new balance to be $0.



Hopefully, this dental office will stop billing $121 because I have a $0 balance.

I think Dr.Z is an extra-ordinary dentist with special skills not every dentist can do. He has taken teeth out on my family without any pain at all!. My husband has had root canals and never any pain! When my daughter is old enough for braces, he will be doing her care too! My family loves the laughing gas so they never mind going to appointments! We also like that it's the same dentist , hygienist , and assistants all the time, not a rotating staff, which makes us fee very comfortable.

I've always had a good experience at Dr.Z's office. My kids actually get excited when they receive their postcard that it's time for their cleaning. They get to watch movies, wear sunglasses, and pick awesome flavors. Nobody in my family has every felt any pain. I really feel Dr.Z. and his staff really cares about my family and I!!! The front desk does an awesome job at reminding me of my appointments too!

I have know Dr. Z for over 14 years. He is a man who demonstrates integrity 100% of the time. From the very first time visiting Dr. Z at his dental office 14 years ago, my opinion of Dr. Z. and his dental practice was favorable. He was understanding and gentle with my child which in my opinion counts for much! It was with regret and new insurance that I was no longer able to use this office. Now I get horrible service and still pay outrageous costs at Dental Works. Wish I could go back to Dr. Z

Sent me a bill 5 years after my last visit. Then they sued me over it and lied in court. Definately beware of this place they will do what they can to scam you. Plus i dont think the work was that great either.

Beware of this place. My wife and I went to him for 10 years. Every time we went they would go on line and check what your insurance would pay and when you got done they would hand you a bill of the differance and you had to pay before you leave. Not one time that we were there did we not pay what they told us we owed. After 7 years we received a statement that we owe hundreds of $,s from 2003 thru 2006. They never said that we owed any other monies or did we every get a statement. Checked our accounts everytime during that time we were going. Never got a bill from them in all those years. Sounds to me that there hurting and trying to get some cash flow from clients that have not been going there!
