As a workout atmosphere, I would have given this place a Five Star rating, however, due to the management, I had to bring it down to a three star rating.
First, brings me back to Corporate Headquarters. And I found this didn't just happen to me, but a few others as well.
Here a few weeks ago, the Manager called each of us and had informed us that we had each been hired and he was just waiting to hear from Corporate as to when our training would begin.
I waited several days and until finally that coming up Saturday, I heard from the Manager. He told me that due to expenses, Corporate said they were going to have to cut back and they were going to cut back with employee expenses at first. You would think Corporate would have known that they had more expenses than the money coming in from the beginning.
It was just a few days later, the company started calling people in for work.
For a company who had to cut back on expenses less than a week prior, they started hiring quite a few people a short time later.
Then, after hiring, the new employees (like I was) had a short training period, 1-2 days, before we were left to take over the business on our own. The manager said he has a life outside of the job and so when he is off work, he is off. If there are any questions or complaints, just right them down in his book and he will get right to them
Also, what is up with having to text the manager every morning at 4:15 am to let him know you are ready for work? Most call in if they aren't able to make it to work. And these are really strange working hours as wee such as 4:45 am to 8 am. Not really worth the time time to even get out of bed.
