During the first snow day in West Des Moines, Iowa, I skidded into a curb while making a turn, disabling the front axle & tire. As a member of AAA, I had the good fortune of having Krueger's BP respond with a flat bed tow truck. The tow truck driver was professional, courteous and kind. He was also careful hoisting my car onto the flatbed. The driver also contacted the dealership to finalize the drop-off. Also the dispatcher was patient and compassionate. Krueger's customer service was exceptional.

Friendly staff, great service, gets the job done right. I trust them which isn't a word I throw around lightly.

Our car broke down and our auto club called them for the tow. They thought they would get a look at it the same day it was the next day. When they found it out what it was it turned out to be under warranty at another shop. I spoke to one of the guys and he had them tow the car to the other shop so the repair could be done under warranty. Thanks for that Jeff

I would not recommend having any auto repairs done here. It took them all day to even look at my vehicle. I was told they would call by 1pm, then that I was the next vehicle to be looked at. No one contacted me about my vehicle until 6pm and it was taken to their shop before 8:30am. They never gave me an estimate, so I was given my surprisingly large bill when I picked up my vehicle the next day. Right after the repair my vehicle had issues starting, which wasn't even anything I had problems with prior to it being serviced. I am very unhappy because they did NOT fix my problem and in fact created another one. I am hoping that their "guarantee" will actually make them fix the car for no additional charges however I am not holding my breath. I'd add though that their towing service was quick so at least they have that going for them.

WE HAD OUR CAR brake down, these people came out towed us in fix the problem and then had us on are way and it was at a good price.
