Be wary. You will see open terminals, then suddenly, with no markers, identifiers like "line starts here," you will be chucked to another teller, being told: "The line is over there."



In fact, the open registers take 'all comers,' and no "line starts here' markers exist. This behaviors apparently is distributed to only those the employees wish to demarcate. Others walk up freely, with no sign of interfering in others waiting at other registers, nor or those individuals summoned. Be prepared for this insult. It's minor, but very selective to you.



Why? No reason I can see or have been designated. Be aware, you may find an open teller, suddenly tell you: "line starts over there," and then just point. Decide at that moment to .make others at the other register aware their open, Yet after you leave, take anyone that walks up, line at other registers or not.



Very strange behavior indeed. Insulting? Yes,



Even though, the store is very well run despite 'bad eggs.' Sorry Family Video....someone needs to know.



You should put in signs, posts and ribbon guides for 'all.' members: "LINE STARTS HERE!" None exist.
