Terrible terrible terrible company. More than happy to take phone calls prior to the service, but they do not return phone calls afterwards. They are trying to overbill me by almost 20%! Their truck showed up 3 hours earlier than scheduled, so trying to charge me a "waiting fee." They also had less people than expected, so the move took longer and so they want to charge me more for that as well.



As I said, terrible, terrible, terrible company. Avoid at all costs, you'd be better off taking your chances with Craigslist.
