A Child's World is a top notch facility. I have toured all centers on the west side and with no question I have chosen A Child's World. The center is clean, inviting and the staff are GREAT. The owners Ashley and Nancy treat their families with the upmost respect.

A Child's World is a top notch facility. I have toured all centers on the west side and with no question I have chosen A Child's World. The center is clean, inviting and the staff are GREAT. The owners Ashley and Nancy treat their families with the upmost respect.

This childcare provider is currently under investigation for child abuse alligations and child neglect. They have been reported to the DHS and the labor laws division. Ashley and Nancy have been informed of the abuse a number of times and they have done absolutely nothing about the situation. The employee who was reported is still currently working there. This employee handles infants and is very rough with the children and was caught carrying an infant by their limbs and NOTHING was done!!! This employee has been caught doing this numerous times!!! Why isn't anything being done about this??? PLUS, numerous current employees have reported harrassment against Nancy. The owners Ashley and Nancy were both informed of a child that got hurt and they just shut the door and they both did nothing about it. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE!!!

I have taken my daughter to A Child's World since she was 8 weeks old (about two years ago). I feel the staff, including the directors Ashley and Nancy, are very caring, intelligent and fair. I can't say my daughter's never been bitten or that I've never made a complaint, but I can tell you every comment I've ever made has been taken seriously and action has been taken immediately. Bringing my child to A Child's World has allowed me to feel so much better about not being able to stay home. Of course, parents are best, but A Child's World is hands down the next best thing.
