I was selected by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce in the 1990s to serve as a volunteer Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Great companies apply each year. Examiners rate their submissions, visit the companies and select winners. The President of the U.S. presents winners with the award. I also authored a book on the customer service/quality subject published by McGraw-Hill in 1990. Most recently, I was the Chief Quality Officer for the Vanguard Group (mutual funds) and retired a few years ago. So, I know quality service when I see it and you folks display it. Provided by YP.comBarnegat Light Plumbing is the Best Service Company I have ever dealt with. They repairs dozens of frozen and broken pipes after my Heater Drain froze and explained in detail why it happened. They repaired all drywall and painted. Could not find where the repairs were done and I knew where they were. After this we had them install a New Rinnai Tankless Water Heater and they are the best and price was very reasonable. Love our endless hot water and everyone at Barnegat Light Plumbing & Builders.

Provided by YP.comBL Plumbing has been taking care of our house for 40 years or so. Always a fast, professional job. Handled the plumbing panic of Sandy and managed to do some routine stuff for us at the same time. Prices are quite reasonable as well.............

Provided by YP.comSloppy, expensive, and defensive. When questioning safety of touching crossed pipes I was challenged as to my qualifications instead of being reassured. Tech sarcastically dared me to ask for a repair. Preferred to just get him out of my house. I can fix it myself and do it better, without the attitude.
Homeowner tried to do a repair himself to save money and made a mess of it. Tech tried to explain what he did wrong and how long it would take to undo and properly repair all the Homeowners mistakes. Homeowner acted as if he knew more than the Tech who has 30 Years Experience and did not want to listen to him. Tech gave price to make the proper repairs and did not even charge the Homeowner for the Hour of time it took to figure out and Diagnose all the mistakes the Homeowner made. Homeowner decided he knew more than the Tech and the Tech left as there was no more to discuss.
