Michelle the dental hygentist is wonderfu. She is great with children and very thorough. I and my six year old daughter come from Albany to here because of her.

It is in fortunate that I had to designate a star...otherwise I would have posted zero. This is the worse dental practice I have ever had an appt. Their staff is RUDE and unaccomodating.... and I was witness to discrimination twds a handicap patient. Totally inexcusable!

After my previous dentist of 21 years retired, I decided to try New Baltimore Family Dentistry based on family recommendations. I was extremely pleased with the entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Ross who is extremely patient and gentle with me throughout my treatment.

Had terrible experience myself with staff. The positive reviews on google must be fake. This was the worst experience in dentistry in my life.

ABSOULETLY HORRIABLE SERVICE and DENTAL WORK. This is an office that will do work on your teeth that is not needed. They also do not stand behind there work. This office is all about making money, they do not have your best interest in mind. BEWARE!!!!!
