My package was ordered for a two day delivery. It apparently arrived at the West Chester office at 8:04 am due to a late trailer arrival and missed the outgoing truck. Therefore I did not receive the package until the following week. This is not why I paid the extra money for two day delivery. If I had been notified by UPS (in West Chester) that my package had arrived and missed the outgoing truck due to their truck arriving late, I would have made other arrangements to pick up the package.
