My wife and I just bought a 2015 Allegro Red motorhome from Stoltzfus RV and Marine in West Chester, PA. We were extremely happy with the entire experience at this dealer.



We cannot say enough great things about our salesman, Frank Bailor. He was very attentive to our requests and desire in upgrading to a diesel motorhome. He got us a great deal on a new RV that we loved as well as great value for our trade. We are normally not very fond of salesman, but we loved Frank.



Our experience with all the other staff was also great -from the receptionists, to the business manager Wes, to the tech Ian and the other sales people who stopped to say hello to us and our dogs! They all made us feel like part of their family.



We look forward to a long relationship with these people. We highly recommend them!

In the fall of 2014 we factory ordered a 2015 Tiffin Phaeton from Stoltzfus RV. At the time of the agreement for purchase we were advised there would be an additional charge of $1,500 for dealer prep. The vehicle arrived at Stoltzfus mid-November and we scheduled delivery for a week and a half later. Delivery was supposed to take approximately 2 ½ hours for paperwork and a familiarization walk thru. We were at the dealer for 9 hours. The interior of the vehicle was dirty, a cabinet door came off its hinges when opened and numerous other items were not addressed at dealer prep. The familiarization walk thru consisted of a young man with little knowledge of the features and functions of the coach, the whole process took less than a half hour. After spending a whole Saturday to take delivery we were told to take the coach home, go through it, note all problems & concerns, and bring it back to the dealership to be addressed. We brought the coach back in the beginning of January 2015 with over 6 pages of issues. It took 6 weeks to repair all the problems. When we went to pick it up, we expressed to our sales person that we felt we should be reimbursed for the dealer prep that was never done. We were referred to Bob Cox, the G.M. He took us in his office, listened to our concerns and in the most rude and unprofessional manner stated “I am not returning your money!” end of conversation. Stoltzfus was reimbursed by Tiffin for all warranty work they performed on my coach. I believe Stoltzfus considers dealer prep money to be additional dealer profit. They do not know what customer service is and only care about the sale. After that you are on your own. We will NEVER go back to Stolzfus again for any reason.

The biggest rip off ever.... Charging customers for work they "did" that obviously they didn't do.... I will never set foot in there again and will keep spreading the word about how horrible they are... Found another place with a 7 miles difference in Willow street, pa....

We just bought a new motorhome from these people today. Fantastic people, fantastic service.



This is the fourth motorhome that we have purchased, and the first one from this dealership ,and we will be back!



Our sales person Ken Miller was phenomenal... He got us a wonderful deal, and the financing package they put together was super! I felt we were treated honestly and fairly.

Avoid these guys like they have the plague! I sent over $1000 at Memorial Day weekend getting my trailer serviced for a roof leak and today less than 3 months I junked a 2007 trailer because the roof rotted out due a leak that WAS NEVER FIXED!!!! They deserve less than 1 star!
