I always receive excellent service. I but 4 cars from Kia of West Chester.

I came to Kia of West Chester to lease a specific Kia Cadenza that was listed on their website. I had researched the car and what would be good leasing terms. I presented my proposal to Anthony who brought it to the manager . Within a few minutes we had a deal. It could not have gone smoother.Anthony was great and was very helpful-even later when I called with a question.

First time buying a car. Dan was very personable and friendly. Knew his info, walked me through the whole process. Made my experience unforgettable!

Eric was outstanding!Even came in on his day off that was impressive. Very easy going! Love the service I received!

Arman was excellent!he treated me with respect & much kindness,he did not pressure me or use sales tactics on me like many do & I greatly appreciate that!he worked his butt off with the finance person & sold 2 kia sportages! one to me & one to my girlfriend!! thanks to tom in finance & mike in the warranties dept for making both deals work!!you have an excellent sales team there & I only hope that you wont ignore these comments & recognize them! for they are the backbone of your company!! Everyone was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and personable! Made you feel important and a valued customer. Not pushy. Even told my neighbor to go see them and the next day they bought a new KIA. Now they are going to tell their son to go to West Chester KIA too. What a great dealership!

I had a very exceptional experience when buying my first car. I was nervous and excited about the experience but Arman made the effort to make is a simple and exciting process.

The first time I came in to the dealership, we were greeted right away. We were then assisted by Anthony who was very welcoming and friendly. The first time we came in, we just wanted to take a look at the cars and test drive. We didn't want to talk numbers yet, and I did not feel forced to do so. A few days later, I got a call from Anthony checking in to see if I had any questions. I told him we were interested in the car so we set up an appointment. The lease process was much easier then expected and we were able to work out a wonderful deal. I would absolutely recommend Anthony to a friend or family member!

I visited just about every dealer in town looking for my new car and I found Kia of West Chester to be by far the friendliest, most helpful, and most straight-forward of them all. I'm loving my new Kia Soul and was really amazed at the amount of time that Dan patiently spent with me to make sure I knew how to operate all the bells and whistles.

I started out looking at the cars in the lot. Moe came out to greet me, I told him that I didn't have a lot of time to talk because I had to be somewhere soon. He let me take the car I was looking at for an extended test drive. I think that's what sealed the deal for me. When I came back, we went over some paperwork and the deal he got me was great... especially for someone working on repairing his credit!

We had a really great experience. We really appreciated everyone going out of their way to find us the perfect car for our needs, to answer all of our questions, and to take our needs into consideration. We felt really comfortable, didn't experience any high pressure sales tactics, and came away from the experience very happy and satisfied customers.
