The guy came to our house to troubleshoot our TV and extracted a part. Two days later he came back and inserted a new one. Voila! Each visit took less than 10 minutes total, including processing my payments on the spot. Perfect service as far as I'm concerened

I dropped my Sony off in October and never received a call back. Every time if called I was told there was no information for what was wrong because Sony never sent part needed to test the reason my tv would not come on. 9 months later I have to go pick up tv with same issue. I hope the error is the same when I get it home and plug it in because I'm concerned about my tv being used for parts for someone else.

I would not recommend this company. I don't think they offer far pricing nor honest pricing. Only after complaining about the price and declining the suggested repair they lowered the price by $100, so the first price quoted was over priced.

I dropped my TV off about three months ago and it still is not fixed. They never call to give an update (originally said it would only take a few days to fix) and when I call they always have to call back because a technician is not available. When they finally do call the technician always assures me that the TV will be ready next week because they are testing to make sure it is fixed. Beware of this repair shop!!

I have used this company for years, and have been very pleased with the service they offer. I would recommend to anyone! They are very fast, and were the cheapest in the area, I had a few complaints with the manufacture, but not with them. The repairman usually fixes the set the same day. I actually called another sevice company, who referred me to them and they were at my house the next day. Prompt Service, Very Cheap, Would Definately Reccomend!!!
