I was very dissatisfied with the car detailing.We contacted East side and explained our complaints. We were asked to bring it back to be detailed to our satisfaction. We went over the van with the worker and asked him to tell us what he thought. He apologized and told us they fired the worker that done our van because he had several complaints, they had to redo several others. He pointed out the obvious that the car was not cleaned. We left the car( we payed extra for pick up and delivery). We were assured the car would be cleaned thoroughly and delivered in the early afternoon. We tried several times to contact them with the delivery time. After several attempts we finally reached them and were told they are to busy to deliver our van. Keep in mind we payed extra for pick up and delivery. We had to pick up or van and tried to be understanding. We were shocked to find that the very things the worker himself showed us were still not cleaned ..On the positive note I can say that they were friendly. I was so disappointed . I would not consider myself a picky or hard to please person.I would just say I could of gave my Sons twenty dollars and had a better job done.
