Brought my lawn tractor in for repair. The staff did not actually listen to my description of the problem. They "fixed" something that was not broken - and charged me for it. I had to have them try again when I continued to have the same problem with the equipment. They still did not listen to me, and still could not find the actual problem. I was without my lawnmower for a very long time because of this! They treated me like I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. I finally had to go into the store and actually discuss the problem with the mechanic. He immediately identified the issue and repaired it. When I complained to the company about the repairs that had been done inappropriately and the unethical way I was treated, they completely ignored me. I will never return.
