I've used Dr. Cesar for over 20 years for my horse and dogs. She has been a fantastic, reliable vet- calls back or responds to my calls in less than 4 minutes!! I had an emergency with my aged mare and called Dr. Cesar, she was there within the hour. She is prompt, professional and reliable. I will NEVER use another vet for my horses or livestock.

Tremendous vet. Honest and caring. Only vet I have work on my horse.

The Vet misrepresented her qualifications and the person with her. They mutilated my animals and I have taken a complaint out against them with the board. See pictures attached!
