My husband and I both purchased glasses from Insight and are very pleased with them. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Robinson did the eye exam for my husband and it was the most thorough one he has had.

i.e., A local fHad been client for 3 years. I have had the most awful experience over the last 2 months trying to get glasses. Poor communication among staff, disorganized office, poor quality control over product, Just a mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I am out big bucks as they have refused to take glasses back and refund my money.avorite, or highly recommended because

I just walked in the door from taking my three year old to his first eye exam. Before we got there I thought this could really go bad fast... but they were AMAZING! The Dr.'s and the rest of the staff were sooo great with him. The office was really the nicest I have ever been in. They had a great childrens play area and my son felt so at ease he even wanted to take his shoes off lol! The Dr. def. knew what he was talking about and I am so thankful that I chose this office. Oh, and my son had a blast... I know of all places he had fun at the eye Dr.! This is the only eye Dr. my family will ever go to again.
