Had a broken pipe which required us to shut off water at the street to stop the flow of water. Bill was the only irrigation person to offer to come out 'as soon as possible' to fix the problem. He came first thing in the morning and fixed the problem so we could turn our water back on. He 'fit us in' since this was an emergency. He did not charge us anything until he came back a week later to finish up other 'issues' we had. He was very reasonable and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

Called and spoke with Bill to schedule an appointment a week out. Very nice and accommedating on the phone but never showed up or called to say he wouldn't make the appointment. Very disappointing. Tried to call him to see what was going on but got no answer. I did leave a message too.

We called "Bill" when we really needed him. He came to our home, fixed our irrigatio system, was courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Price was very reasonable.
