Wow - I guess our experience with Document Concepts isn't isolated after all. We've worked with a handful of printers around Canton Ohio, and Document Concepts is the only one I would absolutely avoid at all costs. They were great during setup - fantastic actually, but they completely botched nearly every batch we gave them (27 total print jobs in one order - 3 were usable). It took *months* to get a reprint, and that time was spent having emails and calls ignored. Never again will we make the mistake of using Document Concep
