If you own a small business this company will not give you the time of day. We were contacted by their sales rep and he was suppose to bring us in a price sheet the next day. Two days later he shows up, after we had to run him down, and doesn't even bring a price list and doesn't know his product at all. Then we were supposed to receive a cooler, two days later still no cooler but the sales rep is driving around and waving at us. If you are a small business this is how they will treat you. I guess you have to be a chain store to be treated with respect. I will stick to Columbia Distributing. They have been nothing but nice and on time with us.
