The Better Vita Cleaners.

I’ve had service issues with Vita Clean at other locations. The biggest one was getting stuck on their property. Wenatchee, WA, and surrounding areas was just hit by one of the worst artic blasts in years. However, when the Wenatchee Vita Clean opened, the staff immediately got to work cleaning away many inches of snow that caused other businesses to close. Ben Smith, the usual manager didn’t even wait till plowing equipment arrived as he started manually shoveling. Unfortunately, this wasn’t effective enough to get my vehicle inside and I left to regroup at a nearby parking area. Meanwhile, Ben hastily continued cleaning up after Mother Nature’s tantrum on Wenatchee. Additionally, Ben proactively kept in touch with the customer (my employer) for updates on the snow removal. This worked well for me as I got an excellent before and after view that reflected the results. Before was a mess that I wasn’t hopeful would be cleared in a timely manner. After, it was like it hadn’t snowed for days. Ben and his brother, Lee really took charge in this customer service issue making for a much briefer visit that allowed me to complete my related tasks in a timely manner.
