I have homeowners insurance with this company and recently had a fire at my home. The contractor took our money and didn't complete the work. The house is not livable. This insurance company won't do anything about it to make it right with us. They have stopped reimbursing us for the place we are renting, we can't afford to pay rent and mortgage. They won't give us the remainder of the money left until the work is completed. But we can't complete the work because we don't have any money.
