When coming home from a family vacation we lost the motor in our pickup. Woodys came with their four door pickup and trailer to tow the pickup and all four of us back home. We call Woodys for all of our tow service needs.

We were seriously stuck in the mud. My husband had tried everything. We have a four wheel drive one ton truck: a lot of weight. I called Woodys: got an answering service: they called me back within five minutes. They came out with a four by four and three men to pull us out of the mud within 30 minutes. Professional, nice men. Got us towed and out and helped back us out of where we got stuck. Price was very reasonable.

They responded to tow my RV trailer on a Sunday. The guy didn't want to wait for us to get our bags and guns and empty refig or freezer. Then when a 5 year old wanted get blanket from the trailer he shook his arms and said ok that's it. I as the owner wanted to get in a storage area and get my something personal he and the guy that towed my trailer with a personal vehicles said no you can't it's probably not covered. I told them it is fully covered. We live over a hour away from weiser and had to go back over the next day to get the other items out of the trailer. We got there about 10 am. They were closed. Company sign said open Monday through Friday 8 to 6. Called the phone number some one said they were out of town on way back would be 3 to 4 hours. I ask if there was anyone that could open the gate he said no they were understaffed and there was no one. I ask about the 2 that towed my trailer no they have full time jobs. We left went to other towing company that had my truck. This guy was awesome told us to take as much time as we needed, not only on Monday but on Sunday after the accident. I had someone tell me to call the sheriff office. Sheriff took info and tried to call owner. No response. Little over hour later some female called me and said Sherrif had got ahold of them. I told her your sign says open Monday through Friday 8 to 6. It didn't make a difference to her either, they were still a hour away. Funny about 10 minutes later some other guy came and opened the gate for us. Another day I called and spoke to owner it didn't seem to even make a difference what his business sign said about being open. I have nothing good to say about this business if that's what you want to call it. I know several people that have told me try will never use this place to tow anything of there's. I do have family and friends that know of this place and they all agree. And they all live in weiser

Woody's Towing has exceptional service, they have towed our vehicles several times in every kind of weather, most recently towing our car after a car wreck, they are always quick to respond and phenomenal to work with. I've never once had any issues with any of their drivers or how they have handled my business, best towing company Weiser has to offer.
