The workers are pleasant to communicate with, very friendly, and willing to step in to help customers. However the owner needs to practice English a bit more due to us having a difficult time knowing if everyone is on the same page since she speaks broken English and mixes up her words sometimes. Concerning the service they provided, it was overall satisfactory.

Rip offs, I would suggest going somewhere else, I would personally weigh it (if possible) before going and you have to keep an eye on them they will try to add it to a bigger pile to hide their tracks when you are not looking. I will never go there again unless that is my only option and I will be on their back.
