Horrible, took my truck in for repair as them being a preferred Allstate repair facility. Long story short, my truck sat for 2+ weeks while waiting for a bumper. Once bumper was delivered and installed they called me to look at it. There were more issues than there was before I brought it in in my eyes. So many cannot list here. They ended up having to keep it for an additional 2 weeks now to fix thier small issues. And having to be stripped of its paint for the 3rd time due to thier mess ups. During the 2 + weeks it sat waiting on the bumper, none of these issues were identified. Never got a single call on updates from anyone like they say they do, I had to call them for updates. The original damage wasn't even that bad compared to a total huge crash, it was just a minor trailer jack knife. Re think your desicion if your thinking about taking it here. Was supposed to be ready agian today, but when I called it wasnt. No surprise really at this point. Also, some of the people were unknowledgable and couldn't give me a straight forward answer some times with out a little crawfishing.

I took my Cadillac CTS here about a month ago to be serviced and it came out with more issues than it went in for. First I took it to the Kobayshi Road location and they moved it to this location without even advising me. When I picked it up the first time, my check engine like came on. I was told to leave the care because it was late in the day, but since they told my insurance company my car was ready that day I wound up getting charged for an extra day because I didn't pick it up until the following day!



When I went back the following day, my car began shaking violently when I got on the highway. I returned it immediately. They said the shaking would be remedied by balancing my tires so I waited about 20 mins for them to do that. My car has not driven correctly ever since, and now it is leaking transmission fluid.



To add insult to injury, apparently they forgot to tell me I owed them a deductible and they called me yesterday while I was at work to tell me I had an unpaid balance. I checked my voice mail messaged when I got off of work but they were already closed so I could not clear up the matter. Today I get a poorly written letter dated with yesterday's date stating that they tried contacting me and have not received a response back. WHAT THE HECK?!! I just got the message the same day they wrote the demand payment letter!! They are making it seem as if they have made numerous attempts to call me and I am trying to duck out of paying my bill. That is NOT the case at all!



It's bad enough their mechanical service sucks, but their customer service leaves much to be desired, and their manager Chuck Trepagnier should learn how to write a proper business letter or hire a proof reader. I will NEVER again take my car to this place and I would NOT recommend it to anybody.

Excellent Service

After being hit from behind 3/28 . I was directed to this Webster Service King Location. Within an hour , I was driving out with a new rental ... Within 3 days ... My car was ready ....REPAIRED AND CLEANED. Service was exceptional . Staff .... Friendly , and very professional. After heavy rains my trunk had a leak 5/1 ..They took my car and checked for leak till they found it. It had nothing to do with the repair that they Had done. The servicemen fixed ,dried, and cleaned the trunk for me. All this was done within an hour. I want to Thank all who helped to get me to work on time :)

The first time I picked up my car several issues were not repaired. I left the vehicle at the Service King location to finish the repairs. After seven additional days, I returned and the car looked ok and I paid my deductible of $500 and drove off in my car. As I drove the car it was obvious the front end alignment was not done or not done properly and the car was heaving. I was less than two blocks from Service King. The gentleman (I use the term loosely) implied there were no issues with the car. After he and I inspected and discussed the issue, he stated the job was sent out due to equipment issues in the shop. I got the impression from him, and the young lady from Geico that I was being a difficult customer. The young lady continued to tell me they never had an issue with repairs, EVER. This is my third time leaving the car at Service King because I was informed I had no options if I wanted my insurance to pay for the repairs. I am not happy with the service or customer service.

Horrible experience, Beware. This business has rude employees, tell you vehicle is finished, only to arrive and not fixed, drive back next day want to argue with you, vehicle still not fixed....Wouldnt recommend to my enemy

Think twice before going here....

Think twice before going here. My car was hit on June 6th, and I made an appointment to have my car fixed on the 9th. I live 30+ miles away from the nearest Service King. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. They sent me several emails about the steps my car was going through. I was pretty impressed with all the calls and emails I received. I was finally called on June 22nd, 13 days later to pick up my car. I was excited to finally get me car back!! The gentleman pulled my car around, and I was totally shocked! Not only was the car DIRTY, it was also painted the WRONG color! The gentleman tried to wipe off some of the dirt, and tell me it was the same, just in bad lighting. He pulled my car into the sun and it was WORSE! All he said was it would be fixed. I drove off in the rental, very confused and disappointed. I called the GEICO agent, and she assured me she would handle everything. I did get a call back from the Manager Chuck with in an hour. He was very helpful and promised to have it fixed and cleaned. He also promised a gift card for my inconvenience. On Thursday I finally got a call back my car was ready for pick up. I drove again to Service King to pick up my car. This time it was clean, and painted the right color. I was given the gift card as promised by Chuck. I was so worried about the color I forgot to check the hub cap that was to be replaced on the opposite side of where the damage was. I checked the night after I picked it up, and it was NOT! Again another problem! I took a picture and called Chuck back immediately!! I got his voicemail and left a message. He returned my call and apologized again for the problem. This time I was told he will bring the hubcap to me and replace it himself. It has NOT happened yet, but I hope he will be able to fix this problem sometime this week.
