My Flooring America did an exceptional job. In two of our business offices we had an issue with water coming up thru the concrete and causing the carpet to mildew. My Flooring America did a great job matching the carpet that is 7 years old. The installers were very polite, professional, and explained the process all the way. They moved heavy furniture, sealed the concrete, laid new carpet, and moved furniture back. Even asking if we wanted to make any changes where the furniture was to go. Arrived on time 9 am and were finished by 3 pm. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Brock and everyone he works with are knowledgeable, personable, and put great effort into getting me exactly what I wanted. Their range of products and their customer service are excellent. The installation went smoothly and pleasantly and the results are beyond beautiful. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company unless you do not care that they will install tile that you did not ask for. They are currently installing tile in my bathroom and the tile that they orderd is 3 times the size that I asked for. You will get answers like well it is natural stone and the sizes vary. The problem with this response is they are suppose to be installing the exact same tile that they installed in my other bathroom and the tile comes on a mesh backing and it does not vary greatly as they are claiming. These tiles are designed to fit together and they do not because they majority of the tile they sent is outdoor tile for a patio. Also don't even bother trying to get answers. I have asked at least 5 times why the wrong tile was sent and still no answer. The field supervisor Carl has told me nothing but lies. The service manager Veronica Garcia has avoided my emails. When I asked to speak to the owner they laughed and said no one speaks to him.

I wanted to replace my tile in my kitchen. I went to a "Big Box" store & they gave me an estimate based on the measurements I gave them ( I have a fairly small kitchen.) They quoted me price then had to have someone come to measure. No one called me for several weeks. So when I went to the store and the price was going to be 3x what I was quoted!! I was fed up! A friend suggested My Flooring America...what a difference!! The sales person was very friendly & knowledgeable. They had a HUGE selection. The tile was at the warehouse ready for me long before I was ready for it to be installed. The tile crew was on time, was very friendly, and even cleaned up after they were done. My kitchen looks great!! I'm going back for carpet and laminate to finish my house, and I can't wait!! Great company, what more can I say!!
