I called Brock's on a Thursday and they said for me to have my truck there when they opened on Friday and they would look at the A/C. I was there at 6:50 and they took my truck back right away. They told me what they needed to replace and I said I would call my sister to come and get me and he said wait a minute. He went out in the shop and came back and said they could have me out by 9:00 if I wanted to wait. I waited and at 8:30 my truck was ready to go. They were such nice people. They new what they were doing and it was very pleasant just to sit and wait. Everyone was so friendly. I will be going back to have my brakes worked on. I would highly recommend Brock's to anyone that needs car repairs.

went to brock's based on previous reviews. that was a mistake. had the shop do a basic maintenance service and ended up needing a repair. brock's denied it was their fault for the repair, even though the car did not need the repair prior to them working on the car. took the car to another shop to see why car was making noise. found out brock's misdiagnosed issue even though they had quoted me a price to repair car. if i would have had brock's do repair i would have paid double and the problem still would not have been fixed.

Last week, I tried to get an “out-of-state” state inspection on a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. The state inspectors couldn't get the computer to run on it. They said I had to take it to a shop and see why the computer would not run. I called Brock’s Car Care and talked to the manager. He said that my son could bring the truck right over. My son was told that a fuse was blown - and Joey got the info on what fuse and where to install it - then sent on his way without a single charge. Now that’s customer service!
