I have been using J&I Auto Repair for many years and I have never been overcharged. They have always provided me with excellent work and quality repairs with reasonable price. J&I Auto Repair is a good old fashion mom & pop shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

J and I Auto: Charged me 200 bucks in labor for 15 minutes of actual work on my car. Then charged me another 12 bucks in "tool charges".

Then I asked them why they didn't perform the other services, he gave me the run-around. Other services was the replacement parts that he agreed to before he started the work on my car. He simply stated it didn't need it. I am not going back there when I need the replacement parts in another 20k miles. He did it so I will have to go back. Screw them!



I know how cars work, I am just to busy with my work to do it myself.
