Scott came out and gave us great advice on our bathroom project. He informed us of different products for our custom shower and invited us to his showroom in Burnsville where we were able to layout and design the tile. We can not say enough about Interior Concepts, the experience was first class from start to finish. We highly recommend.

I had Interior Concepts do tile repair work to loose tiles and cracked grout and they actually made the problem worse than it was before they did the work. I was told that there was nothing that they could do to fix the problem because there was something faulty with the way the tile was installed. I subsequently had another tile company come out and repair the problem areas and have had no problems since they did the work. I tried to work with Interior Concepts to get a full, or even partial, refund for the work that they did and was told they did nothing wrong. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for either tile installation or tile repair as they do not stand behind their work, and the quality of their work is poor.
