Very professional company. They call to confirm appointments and call ahead of time like promised. A+ Company.

Something goofy's going on here. Comfort Expert, Hobson Air, Brett Air... are all the same company. I saw their advertise and called them. Well, their technician came over and took the A/C equipment apart and can't put parts back the way they were. They said I need a new system (my system is only 3 years old). They were trying really hard to talk me into purchase a $10K. I was curious and had a talk with this technician, turned out he was a candy salesman, they hired him from the street, trained him for a couple weeks and put them on the job. They're into selling, not fixing the problem. I agreed to purchase the system; however, i was turned down for financing. I got out of purchasing new system, not had to hire another guy to put all the parts back. I don't recommend this company because of the way they do business is just try to sell.

I found out that Hobson A/C now goes by several new names on the web...here they are: AC Genius, Comfort Specialists, and Comfort Experts Inc.

I called three companies before them, to come out since it had been 85-90 degrees in my house for three days...they were the only ones who responded. They came out in 3 hours from the time I called them. They were down home courtious and friendly on the phone and gave me updates and locations of the progress the repair person was making toward me till he arrived. Within 3 hours my system was working fine...new fan and a couple capacitors...on the unit and the handler in the attic. They were very expensive, but folks, I'm hot natured, so when I'm miserable, people who will at lease respond, instead of making me wonder if I'll get a return phone call the next day, make me happy! My kids were suffering and they were so happy to be able to sleep that night. In this area...Texas...it is so hot in the summer and all the techs are so busy all the time, if you need service fast then it's worth paying the extra...it was over $800 to fix mine...and I will be evaluating the time the system goes problem-free, to see Hobson's true worth. I will give the system 2 years without a problem and mark them up to 5 stars and continue to use their yearly "Bronze" Tune-up service, but if these parts are cheap, like some of the reviews say they are (And are made in China), and break within a year...the return to this site will be to give them a much lower rating.

Another positive for them is that they are respectful, courtious, and the techs will cover their shoes with ship-on protectors. the only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars for this review is because the price was so high...hope this helps you all.

The service has always been professional and courteous. The little amount paid each month brings tremendous amounts of peace of mind! Keep up the good work!

Through the years that I've had Comfort Experts, I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone representing the company. They take excellent care of my unit, which in turn, they take excellent care of me. The service rep is required to wear shoe covers, and even though I tell them not to worry, they still wear them to honor the company’s policy. Integrity, know-how, politeness and over-all great customer service sums it up.

Thank you for being so helpful with my mother's account, she is in the later stages of cancer and I handle all of her billing from Ohio. Your Company has been doing her service for years and she really feels comfortable and secure with your business. It’s nice knowing there are still reputable companies who look out for their clients like yours. Thank you!

This is the second home in which I have used Comfort Experts to replace the A/C units. In the first home, I did not see the guaranteed savings from the new unit as promised. Comfort Experts did everything possible to discover why we were not seeing the savings and ultimately did issue a refund. The technicians and service reps are always friendly and great to work with.

I am satisfied with your service and, as an 86 year old widow, feel comfortable with your company.

Comfort Experts seems honest and doesn't try to sell things we don't need like some other company's do.

I had a complete system with a heat pump installed about 3 years ago. I've been very pleased with it. There has only been one repair done, which was under warranty. All of the techs from Comfort Experts have been professional and courteous.

I have been very pleased with all of the Techs who have tended to my problems and tune-ups for the next season. All have been absolutely the most pleasant young men I have met in quite some time. Good hiring on your part. Hang on to them.

After installation of unit, there was an issue. More important than the issue was the manner in which the issue was solved. Comfort Experts proved to be tenacious in their efforts to solve the problem, and I really appreciated the courtesy, respect and the quality of workmanship of the installation techs.
