The initial guy that came out was friendly enough. I talked to him about being worried that AHS sent out a small company and not Sears and expressed my concern that small companies try to charge 'disposal fees' and crazy prices on refrigerant. I retrofit my systems several years ago to 407C from R22. He said not to worry, that Co-Z Air never does that stuff, and would rather have a customer for life than to pull scam charges.

Guess what. They call to schedule the install of the compressor and want $150 'disposal' fee and $850 in uncovered R22 refrigerant costs and refuse to put back in 407C because 'They do not carry that type...'.

Just another scam company. Stay away from these guys.

He seemed to be in a rush and didn't even act like I was a customer. Very rude and disrespectful not only to me but his employee that was with him. Work done was ok but was far from professional.
