Nancy was a great help when it came down to choosing my engagement ring. I wasn’t sure what cut of diamond I was looking for. It was a very stressful experience until Nancy stepped in. She showed me a few rings and when she showed me the one I have, I knew it was it! Thank you so much!

We have shopped Graham Jewelers from the beginning. The service is always top notch and they have quite the selection. Nancy and Brad usually help us, but the whole staff is great.

The store is wonderful! There is something for every taste and price range. The staff is so patient and friendly! They truly care about their customers.My engagement ring was from a big name, and sadly I had over a year of problems, complications and emotional upsets. In just 1 day at Graham Jewelers, I feel like the past has been wiped away! You just don't find businesses or see customer service like this anymore!

My husband and I searched for over a year almost every store, every chain, in the Twin City region to find an upgraded wedding band to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. Every store we would go into we felt like we were dealing with “used car salesmen” and it was really hard to hear their sales pitch and their “great deal.” When we worked with Chris Graham it was like a “breath of fresh air.” There was never any pressure, he was completely knowledgeable and we felt like we could trust him.
