I can't believe it but I feel like I'm doing the doctor's job. Twice, I brought my dog who is having new seizures and partial paralysis due to disc disease. The doc never laid a hand on the dog to examine. The vet tech took the dog for an xray, that's it. It had been over a year since the last visit, too. Take out your stethoscope and listen to the heart and lungs! Look in the eyes and ears. Do an exam! After all, I paid for it! Then the dog got an ear mass and the doctor said we'll have to call in a specialist for surgery. How about trying to aspirate the mass? How about taking a little biopsy so we know what we're dealing with. I had to tell HIM what to do! The mass was easily visualized and anesthesia was not required. I'm so disappointed, I can't tell you. I was supposed to hear today what the biopsy results were. NO CALL. My dog is not long for this world but if he were, I would find another vet. The charges are over the top, too.

I was looking to switch vets and a friend recomended Packanack so I called and the girl who answered the phone was so great! she answered all my questions and was so informative, I was very impressed, when I went for the appt. I was even more impressed the front desk girls were so kind and made me feel so welcomed the place was beautiful and so clean. I had my appt. with Dr Confessore who was wonderful she was very caring and took her time with me and my dog. When I left I told the girls up front that I really enjoyed my visit! I will be back and I'm going to tell my friends about my visit.
