Beware of using Toys R US Online Services - Purchased item for my nephews b-day, he waited a couple of weeks for delivery only to find that the wrong item was delivered. Called customer service expecting a quick resolution and was shocked to find they will not ship his correct gift or a refund until they receive the wrong item back at which point I must reorder the item online again and wait the additional delivery time as well. This process will take another 3 weeks at best. I was offered no overnight shipping discount or anything. This company is very indifferent to a child that has been waiting weeks for his gift even when they are admittedly at fault. Think twice before using online services especially during the holidays where timing may be an issue. Order # 8797766594-001, Item #3001832,Description: FUZION ASPHALT SCOOTER, received a baby toy instead.
