I was given an Icon K9 brochure from my veterinary office in Saukville.
My 9 month old Shepherd was needing help in the area of training. I called Scott and he agreed to have me come to his training area and meet Leo and gave my wife and I some excellent advice and also gave Leo some training while we were there.
We also have a 3 month old shepherd puppy who we signed up immediately after seeing the passion that Scott has for training dogs and their owners to work together and enjoy each other.

Megan is an exceptional trainor. She always knows how to correct certain behaviors, more importantly, coaching you, the owner, how to correct the behavior. We highly recommend her group or individual trainings.

Kenzies has always done a good job with my boy, he is older and very nervous at the groomer, not exactly the easiest customer. they did a lot to make him more comfortable and I appreciated the care they showed.

Meghan Kelly gave us some good initial tips, which we’ve been trying to implement today. There is still a lot more work to do with our puppy but she responded well to Meghan and the session helped us a lot.

However, we were surprised to be asked for the full $300 payment after our first training session was completed. We paid it but did suggest paying half after our first training session and the rest after our second training session.

I have tried multiple dog trainers of the last two years and no one can compare to Megan and her team! They are great and very professional. I have a very reactive but loving dog named Divot. He was afraid of the world. I have don’t their group training/private lessons, to board and train and I can say I have seen 180 degree turn around in him. We still have work to do but it is a night and day difference. I would recommend SoCal group classes to anyone to start. Please note that although Megan has the magic when it comes to dogs! If you don’t put in the effort on your END you will have limited success.
