2 proms and 3 more to go....hundreds of dollars spent and the owner is a rude piece of work. Young staff nice but because of the attitude I refuse to go there for the next 3 or anything else! Stay away!

I would not recommend Victorian Bridal to anyone! I stood up in my friend's wedding and none of the bridesmaid dresses fit. They were all too tight and we could hardly even sit. Two of them ripped before the ceremony even started. All but two of the 6 were ripped by the end of the night. The groom's tux still had pins in it and was not altered properly. When the bride talked to them about it, they said the bridesmaids gained weight since the fittings. It took one minute for them to measure me, I have never had that before. Usually it's a good 20 minutes. Unwilling to work with us.

I would not recommend Victorian Bridal to anyone. They have the worst customer service I have ever received. The younger staff didn't know what they're doing and the older staff was so rude. This is supposed to be such a great experience for brides and their wedding party but all they did was cause headaches and heartaches. I would tell anyone thinking about going there- DON'T! David's Bridal has way more selection, better prices and the staff is so much better! Victorian Bridal does not know what good customer service is! We had way too many problems with them and they were rude the entire time.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are not looking to get your money but rather, want you to feel beautiful, attended to, and important. I've never had any problems with any of the staff. There were a few minor mishaps concerning my orders, but it was taken care of immediately. I went here for my wedding dress, and found one off-the-rack. My bridesmaids had a blast trying on different dresses and styles, there are so many in the store to look at (even to get an idea of what you might like, instead of looking online). Overall, even with any possible miscommunications that could occur, their customer service and dedication is worth your trip.
