I was very disappointed in Tir...

I was very disappointed in Tires Plus after being referred there by a friend.

They were unable to service my car, which was understandable because it is a foreign car.

However, when I went to pick my car up the car was sitting outside with the driver's side window rolled down all the way. Anyone could have gone into my car; luckily I locked the glove compartment.

Then they lost my valet key, but they wouldn't admit it. I happen to have my regular keys on me so I told them to call me when they found it. Two days later I still hadn't received a call. So I called them and they told me they had it sitting right there. So why didn’t I receive a call that my key was found?

I will not be returning here for any future business.
