I have lived in this community for 20 years. My dog has reoccurring ear infections, because she has paulup growths in her ear. The vet has always been so nice to let me call in to get medication for my dog so that she is not in pain. Never had a problem until they changed the name of the company and brought in a new Veterinarian. Now they require that I set up an appointment to get our dog the medication she needs. The have on record my dog has this issue and yet they didn't return my phone call and my dog was waiting for them to give me the medication so she wouldn't be in pain. The receptionist was so rude and not nice at all. The new veterinarian wont even look at my dogs chart until they see my dog. They only care about money and not the animals pain or well being.. I wouldn't take my animals here if you paid me to.. You would be better served to find a better place to go to...

I cannot say enough about this clinic - LOVE. Been going there for 15 years, even when I moved to MKE for 2 yrs, I continued to take my animals there. Your Pet matters here, they are smart, compassionate, and incredible. The fantastic care my dogs and family's cats get, are only surpassed my the love they show when its a tough decision for you loved one. I trust them, my kids are now adults and drive all the way in from MKE to continue using them for their pets also. I refer everyone I know to Sunset, and will always continue to do so.

Great clinic. Very personal and friendly service. Everyone I have sent there loves it and continues to go.
