Best furniture store in Wisconsin and Illinois, hands down!

I visited the germantown WI location yesterday and my wife decided on a bed set totaling about $4000.00. I asked the sales lady if I can get a free delivery since I live just one mile away and she told me the Manager has to approve it.....I asked him to give me free delivery and his response was well you are getting free cookies and coffee and that is all I can do......And twice he said "its not a slap of your face" and each time when he made that statement I felt it was a slap indeed.



The manager should know better not to use these kind of words, I am not visiting a homeless shelter to get a free meal, Sir I am at your store to spend 4,000 and perhaps more; treat me accordingly.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I went to the grand opening in Oak Creek due to the great prices that were being advertised. Found a dining table that we liked, at a great price. We paid cash and was told we could pick it up on Monday being that it was being delivered from Waukesha. Mind you we were there on Saturday. Monday came, we were told "sorry, it's in transit". Tuesday came, it's still in transit....Are you kidding me? I could've made it on foot to Waukesha in 2 days. In the meantime, thinking my table would be available for pick up, I got rid of my old table. Now they told me Wednesday. I went and asked for a refund and even though I paid cash, now I have to wait for a check in the mail from corporate office. In the meantime, other customers were complaint that they had been waiting at the dock door for 45 minutes to pick up their furniture. What a JOKE!!
