First class service from everyone from the front desk to the technicians. Everyone makes sure you are attended to and taken care of. Love their chai tea and relaxing in the spa lounge before my Signature facials with warm shoulder wrap. THE BEST!!!

Gentlemen, you need to check this place out. As a guy who has been coming here for a while I can assure you Signature Salon and Spa isn't just for the ladies. This is THE BEST salon for men I have been to in the Waukesha area. The service is excellent and the stylists take the time to give you a wonderful experience and a great haircut.



You should definitely give Signature a try. I highly recommend seeing Laura, she's fantastic!

This is hands-down the best salon I've ever been to. I am constantly receiving compliments on the (dramatic) style and color, and I've always taken the advice of my stylist - she knows me, my personality, and what would both look good and match my nature. The salon is friendly, inviting, relaxing, and absolutely the best. I've lived all around Wisconsin, and I often spend a lot of time in Atlanta. Signature is always worth the trip (or the wait, if I'm out of town) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Loved Signature Salon and Spa! ...cant wait to go back! My haircut was perfect and the service was wonderful, never have I felt so pampered before! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming I felt right at home. I have been recommending this salon to all my friends and family...I know they will love the experience just as much as I did!

Outstanding. The first time I tried Signature they treated me like I was a long time client. A very professional staff that has one interest, making sure you are happy with the results and the experience. I have since been back three more times and plan to remain a dedicated customer. From the minute you walk into Signature Salon you are treated not as a customer, but as a valued guest. In the 10 years I've been going to signature, I've seen many of the same staff, telling me there is very little turnover, a sign of a well-managed business.



Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and I always walk out of the salon feeling and looking like a million bucks.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a wonderful line of professional products, Signature is my no. 1 choice in salons and i recommend it to all of my friends. Never once had a bad cut or color and the neck/head massage during the shampoo and rinse is TO DIE FOR!!!

Bad color, bad cut! I'm not sure if they pulled this hairstylist in from off the street or if she was a beauty school drop out but she was terrible! What was worse is the mean, unprofessional owner. When I called to ask for help in getting my hair back to an acceptable style, she was less than helpful.... NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to Signature Salon!

I've been going to Signature for about 10 years and event after moving over 30 miles away, still make the trip dute to the great service at reasonable prices. Not able to schedule appointments too far in advance, I have been able to call up on short notice and always have a great experience, no matter which stylist I have.

Simply fabulous haircuts, color and styles with Emily. And of course, divine massages with Heidi. All these services and more are provided by highly trained, talented, caring and kind professionals. Professionals that are well-versed on all of the products lines Signature Salon & Spa carries. A few of my personal favorites; Caviar and Grund hair care products, Glo Minerals skin care and makeup and Cellex C skin care are absolute must haves!

Signature Salon makes me feel like a million bucks. I have had almost every service they offer and each one was better than the next.

From the time I walk in and am offered a cup of coffee or water with lemon, to the heated neck wrap to the outstanding attention I get from each stylist--the experience could not be improved. Ericka makes my hair look like I just walked out of a salon, even when I do it the following day or week. My color is always perfect and there isn't a day that goes by when I don't get a compliment on my hair. My nails and toes, thanks to Dana, look like a magazine ad. Mandy makes my face look like I am in my twenties (I am not!) and massage--OMG.

Best salon and day spa anywhere around, and because I am so high maintenance, I have tried quite a few. You can't go wrong with any one there.

I have been having my hair, nail and facial services done at Signature Salon and Spa for more than 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional. The skill level of the stylists is very high as is the quality of their product lines. The staff is very friendly. The culture of the salon nurtures staff who go the "extra mile" in customer service. The salon also encourages and offers continuing education thereby keeping their staff on the cutting edge of the most contemporary styles. My visit to the salon is always an enjoyable time and I leave feeling very good about myself.

I have been a customer of Signature Salon and Spa for over 12 years along with my husband. Both of us will continue to seek services from Signature because we always receive excellent care. Not only do each of our stylists give us special attention, but they accomodate us for special occassions and make sure we are happy with our results. I recently had some medical issues which made coloring my hair difficult and my stylist took the time to speak with other professionals and work extra hard making sure the color was what I was looking for. I also had some trouble with losing my hair and my stylist, Jennifer Rose, researched my medications and spoke with a physician regarding my medications to better understand how to work with me. Not only that, when I see my massage therapist, Heidi, she always provides a treatment that is best for me. Plus, the front desk staff is always pleasent and treats me like I am the most important person in the salon that day. I would recommend anyone to Signature Salon and Spa. They not only provide remarkable service, but they also make me feel as if I matter.

Where to I begin? The stylist at Signature are incredibly kind, up to date with the latest trends and styles and totally professional. I have had my color and cut done here for over 8 years and am so impressed at the high level of education the stylist at this salon hold themselves to. I love my hair when leaving the salon and people ask me on a very consistent basis where/who does my hair. I am happy to refer anyone to Signature and always hear positive feedback from those who book their appt for the first time.

I had some color done on my hair. My goal was to have a pretty look and redo some lowlights put in my hair. That is what my appt was for. The stylist told me she didnt have time to do it all. She did a partial highlight. Her quality of work was terrible. The highlighting was uneven, she didn't tone my hair although she said she was going to, and her highlights starting over an inch from my root. I did complain. Horrible work. No fixing or compensation from the company
