This business parked vehicles illegally and they were legally impounded by us. He paid for them after being discounted on our rates by myself, the owner, and a month later is disputing the charged as unauthorized on his card when he came in person with his credit card to pay for these legally removed vehicles parked illegally. Consider his character when doing business with people like this.
