First off, if I could, I would give this place "0" stars, or even better, negative stars...Like the previous person who posted before me, I called to set up an appointment after a referral from my insurance company. The nurse took all of my information including my social security number (which I am calling tomorow to tell them they need to destroy, thats ridiculous). Then, I was told that a Dr. Hubbard would call me within 24 hours...which never happened. I called numerous times and left messages and finally got a call back today. However, I was turned away because I was not referred by one of their staff. What kind of doctors turn away patients? These people and this place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Dont bother wasting your time. Go to the ProHealthcare Medical Associates instead. They are SO much more nicer and dont screw you around. You can bet that I am lodging a formal complaint with my insurance company AND the B.B.B. and the Wisconsin Board of Mental Health Professionals. DONT GO HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT, SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH DOCTORS WHO CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
