My experience has always been great; hostess up front is always pleasant and informative. Food is ready in time estimated, fresh, pipping and hot!!

I have only done delivery service and they have done excellent each time. The driver/delivery man always is courteous and polite. The food is tasty. I usually order the Singapore Noodles with no Peppers. They give you a large quantity each time. The meat consists of shrimp, pork and chicken. You will not see Med.- Large pieces, they dice them into many small pieces, but you get a large quantity. i also have had egg rolls and fried rice and enjoyed the favors. i have plenty of left overs and you can't beat price for that.

My husband ordered food from here Thursday night for our family so I opened my container of shrimp friend rice to pour on to my plate I poured my son some pork fried rice and then I sat down to eat I felt a strange texture in my mouth that was quite different than the rice shrimp egg and onions I pull it out and to discover it was a string from a tampon "Yuck!" So disgusted I called my mother to let her know what I found in my food. To make all matters worse I'm pregnant so whatever I eat my baby eats whatever germs and bacteria I come across same ordeal. Months ago I ordered from new china express and found a staple in my shrimp fried rice. I assumed it was a simple mistake and called to report it they wanted to bring me a new one I was definitely good I didn't want to eat anything else because they had ruined my appetite. That was back in winter. It's now end of May going on early June my wedding weekend and I have the worst delivery experience in all of waukesha county. Our family dine out a lot so we enjoy trying different cultural diverse foods. Chinese food used to be number 1 on my list but now I can simply say my taste buds for it has changed simply because of poor food preparation I am now going to contact the health department regarding these matters because I don't think their business is legit customer service and that they are a clean sanitized business. I believe the Health Department need to inspect their location quite often to make sure they are up to par.
