I have been to this Midas many times with multiple vehicles needing anything from a simple oil change to complex jobs. We have always been treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism....the service has always been timely....they have even stayed late to accommodate my time schedule...specifically. high kudos to managers Randy and Doug who really know how to take great care of customers! Highly recommend.

DO NOT GIVE THIS MIDAS ANY BUSINESS WHILE CURRENT MANAGER ( BOB ) IS EMPLOYED THERE!!!

A simple replacing of the rear shoes ended up having to have them replacing shoes, drums, wheel cylinders, and rear brake adjuster! Which I had to locate and personally get ( brake adjuster ) from a place that I put on 72 miles on my other vehicle because the Manager couldn't do his job. Bob lied to us and they had the vehicle for a total of 6 days to finally fix the problem!!!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is I feel sorry for the other employees that have to work with BOB!!!

Had oxygen sensors replaced...and needed a new manifold on my 11 y/o 214K mileage vehicle, because one sensor was frozen. Giovoni explained all work needed, and I was skeptical after reading some reviews on Google. I worried needlessly. The work was completed and performed as he said it would. Engine lite came back on, and took car in for follow-up. Steve did thorough check, found a "Pending" signal, cleaned the "mass air flow sensor" at no charge and the "pending" signal went away. He obviously knows his stuff and I thank him for it. I would reccommend this shop and the folks running it in a heartbeat. Giovoni called me at home the next day after initial service as a follow-up (what a pleasant surprise! That NEVER happens!)...he secured a ride for me while the vehicle was in his shop, and bottom line is that I am a happy customer and appreciate the work they did for me, Steve, Giovoni and the young lady behind the counter today (sorry, I never got her name) were all top notch.

Midas, one of the best car servicing outlets and best place for car repairing I found so far. It is hard to find a great auto repair outlet like Midas. Few months back when my car abruptly broke down and every mechanic told me the same thing "Time for a new car" or "our car is dead and there's no way we can fix it". Thankfully Midas car repair outlet helped me to restore my faith on my car. They not only fixed the problem but also helped me to get out of the distressed I’ve been suffering from last few months for my car. Thanks a lot to Midas for getting my car up and running smoothly.

They collected huge amount to fix Wheel Bearing, but I had to visit 4 times after that that to get that issue fixed. I recommend people NOT TO VISIT MIDAS at Waukesha.
